Description
Always fits!
Stacking Guide 8 St 120×80-30° ensures trolleys and boxes are always correctly positioned when stacked. Thanks to the robust centring aid, the next frame in the stack slides into the correct position when set down.
This makes it much easier to stack frames, since positioning errors are balanced out. Stacking Guide 8 St 120×80-30° can be retrofitted to profiles with a Line 8 groove. It is screwed into place on the outer ends of each profile.

More details
When using item Stacking Guides on transport trolleys and similar, the frame structure should be designed so that fixings are subject to tensile loads when in motion.
Stacking Guides are fastened to Profiles 8 40×40 via the two outer bores. In the arrangement shown here, an M8 thread is cut into the core bore on the right.
Standard, Universal and Automatic Fasteners can be used.
When using with euro-pallets, the corners of the frame should be fitted with Stacking Guide 8 St 80×80-30° (0.0.686.93) while the longer Stacking Guide 8 St 120×80-30° (0.0.683.96) should be fitted to the longer side.
