Roller Conveyor 6 80×40 Fastening Bracket D30 is used to fasten Roller Conveyor 6 80×40 D30 to a D30 profile so that the conveyor level is raised slightly above the frame. This means that crates and other transported goods can be forwarded on without having to bring them to a stop or lift them up.
The Roller Conveyor is secured in the Fastening Brackets by two T-Slot Nuts, which creates a very secure connection. This means that roller conveyors can increase the stability of a frame by acting as load-bearing elements.
The Fastening Brackets are simply slotted onto the ends of the Roller Conveyor and screwed to the profile grooves.

Note:
Roller Conveyor 6 Al Fastening Brackets U D30 (0.0.667.56) and I D30 (0.0.667.57) are used to interlink conveyor lines. Their hanger elements intermesh on the D30 profile and thus create a seamless transition point for transport containers to pass from one roller conveyor to another.
